4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
In case of prepaid cancellations before shipping, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India with standard delivery times of 4–7 business days.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
