We currently ship across India, covering most pin codes through our trusted delivery partners.
We are constantly expanding our reach to serve you better.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may be affected during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen logistical challenges.
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or failed deliveries.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
You can use this ID to track your package in real-time on the courier’s tracking portal.
5. Failed Deliveries
Orders may be cancelled and shipping charges forfeited if delivery fails due to:
An incomplete or incorrect address.
Unavailability of recipient at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusals to accept COD orders.
6. Important Note for Returns & Exchanges
A box opening video is mandatory at the time of unboxing.
This is required to validate any claims for returns or exchanges.
