At LUXEHEAVENLY, we strive to deliver high-quality fashion at your doorstep. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A box opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
Requests without a clear unboxing video that highlights the issue will not be accepted.
Accessories, discounted items, and products bought during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refund Options
Refunds are processed as follows:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after a successful quality check.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as store credit or a discount coupon—not in cash.
3. Exchange Process
If you need an exchange due to size issues or product defects, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process:

Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and the unboxing video.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If you cancel a prepaid order before shipping, the amount will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
